By this function you can view specific information about each machine file uploaded in system. Follow the next steps:
1- Access Otmis Net system, click on 'Management' and then 'Machines Files';
2- Click on 
right beside the file you want to view;
3- A new screen containing all information regarding the machine file such as 'File Name', 'User', 'Upload Date', 'Machine Name', 'Model/Year', 'Total Processed Sentences', ' Valid Sentences ','Error Processing' and 'Bucket Volume (L) will be opened.
