Follow the next steps to invite a new user:
1- Access 'Users' in the 'Administration' menu;
2- Click on 
at the right upper part of the screen;
3- Insert the name and e-mail of the user you want to invite and click on 
;
4- Select the user profile - 'Administrator', 'Guest' or 'Uploader of Machines Files' and click on ;
Note: the above listed profiles have different permissions namely:
'Administrator' - has access to Monitoring, Maps and Management Menu as well as edition and inclusion/exclusion of related items;
'Guest' – might have access to Monitoring and some/all Maps, depending on the permission granted by the Administrator;
'Uploader of Machines Files' - has exclusive permission to upload machine files on system (in case of machines that do not have the telemetry system such as K3 coffee harvester and Uniport Star/Hydro sprayer).
5- Select the 'Packages' you want to enable for the user;
Note: it is possible to choose the maps made available to the user in case you do not want to grant full access to the user. Check only the boxes for the items you want to enable. Keep in mind that whether enabling a map or the whole package already counts as 1 (one) used license out of 3 (three) available licenses.
6- After setting the profile, click on 
to send the invitation e-mail;
7- The user must access the invitation e-mail and validate it by following its instructions as mentioned in item 6.3- Signing up as User .
